Birth of Puzzolana Machinery Fabricators
1964-1980
Established as supplier of mini cement plants and equipment material handling systems
1980-1992
Moved the manufacturing base to Hyderabad and started turnkey contract with in house Engineering for material handling systems
1992-1998
Engineered and Manufactured the first indigenous “Cone Crusher” in India.
1998-2001
- Trolley mounted (semi mobile) wheeled plants with compact design for mining and Infra Projects – First Indian manufactured product to establish as “Value for Money”
- Participated in Largest contruction Equipment Event in South Asia, our first international expo
1992-1998
- Developed Modular Plants
- Entered export markets with Middle East and Afghanistan
2004-2008
- 1000 plants installed in India, an achievement no manufacturer in the world in one country.
- Supplied crushing, stacking and reclaiming solution for 1200TPH material handling plant for limestone
2008-2010
Supply of 500TPH plants for commercial aggregates and railway ballast plants. Installed single Cone Crusher of capacity 350TPH.
2010-2012
- An Indian Multinational with turnkey installations in 22 countries
- Developed and successfully launched 1200TPH Surface Miner and Feeder Breaker for the Coal industry
- To cater to the demand of “Manufactured Sand” supplied indigenously developed 100% Sand Plant
- Launched Sander and supplied in 300TPH plant, Maharashtra
Signed JV, for Crawler Jaw Crushers and Screens for both India and re-export.
